From the previous reviews I was expecting a more softer pillow. I absolutely love the cooling feature however the pillow is extremely firm and I prefer a softer pillow. But on the flip side. The pillow is firm enough that I no longer have any type of neck or shoulder pain. Overall I dont absolutely love this pillow. But I don't hate it either..If I could turn back the hands of time. I would find a softer pillow from their site. If you're into really heavy and extra firm pillows, then I reccomend this pillow.

By the middle of the night both pillows end up being super thin and flat. I knew about these pillows from taking a nap at my cousin's house and felt like it was the best pillow ever and needed my own ASAP. When they got delivered I was so excited and couldn't wait to have my own amazing pillows... well so very disappointed to wake up in the middle of the night with a completely flat pillow and a sore neck... I wished I could returned them and get my money back :(

Probably the most comfortable pillow I have tried, I've tried a lot. I've had disk replacement surgery in my neck. This pillow bothers me the least. The cooling feature is legit when you first lay on it, but it does heat up throughout the night. My only complaint is that for the price it should be made in USA.

The pillow is much firmer than I expected. I like sleeping on my side and stomach and this pillow does not permit that. My wife has discontinued using her pillow because the pillow is to firm and was causing neck issues that led to headaches. Sorry but we have discontinued using our new pillows.

Great product. Only issue is when I ordered the pillow on a buy one get one free (my second order) I only received one pillow. Called and was told since I am erroneously only requested 1 instead of 2 pillow on my order that I couldn't get the second one free So as a result,likely won't order another product. Too bad. Maybe I'll try another brand.
