Best Tempur-Pedic pillow!

I have multiple Tempur-Pedic pillows: cloud, cloud pro breeze, and 2 of these. This by far is my favorite pillow. I'll switch between this one and the other but 90% of the time it's this the cloud breeze, It's a little more firm Than the other and it's always cool. Both sides are cooling so it's amazing to use while lying in bed reading and I just flip it over before bed and I'm good to go. If you're debating between pillows this is definitely the one! It's my favorite by far!

While the pillow does cool it still does not provide the firmness of the original Symphony pillow. The latest generation of that pillow is all but unusable and after reading he description for this Cloud Breeze pillow I had high hopes it would be my new replacement. While it is firmer than the new Symphony it is still very very soft compared to the original and so it is still too soft for me. Unfortunately it feel like TempurPedic has forgotten about those if us who are larger individuals who need more support in their pillow because this is the most firm option they provide. After talking with their care department there are no plans for a more firm pillow anytime soon either. I have been a die hard TempurPedic fan for decades and now I find myself looking desperately for an alternative. Mean time I am still using my 12 year old original Symphony pillows as they are still more firm an provide more support than any of the new models.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely stays cool as advertised. Very supportive. My only issue is that it is very dense and heavy. I don't mind it now that I'm used to it, but the first few nights the hand that I sleep with under the people was practically falling asleep from the weight of the pillow! Bit of a learning curve, but my neck is extremely happy. Would definitely recommend.

Got this product expecting the typical "keeps cool" advertising gimmick but was surprised to find out it really does stay cold and when one side warms up the other side is always nice and cool! Really love my pillow. Definitely helps neck and back issues from stomach sleeping

We had My Pillows that you would have to flip throughout the night. I finally decided to get a new good quality pillow. Since getting this pillow I have slept through the night, barely moving. The cool feature is nice, it is not overly cold but noticeable. My head no longer gets hot at night when I do not move.

I love this pillow for the fact that it is the exact medium firmness I need while I sleep. It also has the cooling gels which are a life changer. Women, kick those hot flashes to the curb while you sleep. Men, if you or your favorite snuggle partner are radiators you can now stay cool as a cucumber! I would have given this 5 stars but the loft is too high and there were no options to reduce the height or order a lower loft. I still love it and have either adapted to sleep partially on top of it or use it as my leg pillow.
