Garbage pillow!! Do not buy!!!!

My experience with this pillow has been horrible. I would recommend everyone to stay away! It's way too high and the cooling affect only works for a few minutes then wears off. Been waking up with an insane amount of neck and back pain. The worst part is they won't return or exchange this below even though you spent all of this money on it. Don't be fooled into thinking it a more expensive pillow must mean it's better. Overall horrible pillow.

Flattens out. Cooling seems to work on opposite side. So you still have heat around your head

I can tell you this pillow is cool to the touch but after some time keeps heat in and gets uncomfortable. Also does not retain rigidity and does sink more than expected, even though I was told it was one the most firm pillows offered. I wanted a pillow that would retain support on my neck. Finally the pillow does release an odor. Even after a few weeks I continue to smell an amonia like smell from the pillow. Funny thing is that my wife has picked up on the odor.
