This pillow keeps so cool on both sides. When I wake in the middle of the night I just flip it over. I suffer from nighttime hot flashes so it has been great! It is very firm. I had been sleeping with two pillows previously but now just use the one pillow.

Wonderful Pillow

Last night was my 1st time using my new pillow. It was wonderful and I stayed cool all night! I get very hot at night as well has having neck problems. When I woke up this morning my neck did not hurt I felt refreshed and ready for the day! I was unsure about paying so much for the pillow since I have gone through several pillows and none have been comfortable. Your head does not sink down into the pillow coming up all around your face it nicely conforms to your head. It is the perfect pillow and extremely comfortable.

We bought 2 of these in anticipation of my cervical spine surgery. I can't use yet for sleeping cuz I need more cervical/ neck support ( wish I got their specific neck support pillow... I have a VERY old one and would benefit from a new one)but I do use nightly for support to sit up in bed. They are VERY heavy, but my husband says they are comfortable
