I like the pillow overall. But I do feel like it's a bit flat for a side sleeper. There is not a good amount of neck support. Best for stomach sleepers.

This is an outstanding pillow, it has the right amount of firmness for me and bounces back to normal after removing pressure. On the down side I can't really feel the cooling layer on either side, and it gets just as warm as a normal pillow.

Pillows are great, they are slightly on the firm side. The cooling pad is a bit of a sales gimmick makes slight difference but no major noticeable change. Wish they made other pillows in king size.
