Compared to other over the shelf cooling pillows I can say this pillow is by far a "true" cooling pillow like no other. I really like that the cooling gel layer extends across the length of the pillow on both sides, so for combination sleepers like myself who tend to rotate and turn into different positions during the night will find a cool spot no matter where your head lays. The combination of softness and firmness is just right in that it gently contours to the head and neck and provides good support so that my head isn't sinking deep into the pillow nor I am waking up with a stiff neck or tension headaches.

Nice pillow. I've had Tempurpedic pillows that are too hard, this one is not. This pillow molds to your head without being too firm. Works well sleeping on your back or side. I would give it 5 stars if it was just a bit softer and plusher. But, it's a nice, versatile pillow, and I plan to keep this pillow for many years of good ZZZs.

I could no longer stand my department store pillows or the my pillow I bought. I really enjoy this Tempur-Cloud pillow because it forms to your head for a comfortable sleep and stays pretty cool. I found the pillow to be just the right kind of firm. The only complaint I have is that it has a slight odor.

The best pillow I ever slept on! I am usually warm when I sleep and the cooling factor definitely helped to maintain a good night's rest. The firmness is just right and no neck issues in the morning. After my boyfriend tried mine, he immediately wanted one too. We are two happy owners of a great pillow due to a good night sleep.

I tried to love this pillow. I placed it outside for hours each day, hoping that the chemical smell would dissipate. While the odor did fade somewhat, it never disappeared. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to sleep on it. That said, my husband decided to try it, and it doesn't seem to bother him. So it wasn't a total bust! He finds the pillow to be comfortable. Hope this helps!

I bought these because I tried similar pillows at a friends house that were firm and I slept like a baby. These, however, are to soft, and I'm unable to return. Searching the website I did not see an option for firm. Somewhat disappointed but making it work by doubling up the two pillow. Head sinks down to mattress if I only use one (side sleeper)
