My boyfriend had one and I got tired of sleeping on my lesser pillow while he was resting in luxury. It's super soft, melds into your face just right. It's definitely cooling, you can tell a temperature difference. When I'm propped up against it, my entire back gets cooler and when my arm is underneath it during the night, it gets chilly. I planned on buying one of these and ended up getting a BOGO deal, crazy. It's a great pillow.

I ordered 2 of these pillows in medium-firm. Both pillows are absolutely flat within minutes of laying on them. I wake up constantly to readjust the pillow, which completely nullifies the reason I ordered these. If you are expecting a medium-firm pillow, order this in extra firm, as medium-firm turns to lush like a soft pillow of any other brand

I think the product is high quality, and I tried to do so much research before buying it to ensure that it would be the right choice, but at the end of the day it's just not the pillow for me specifically. I am sure it's great for other people, but it didn't quite do it for me. Unfortunately, it makes my neck hurt.

I received my pillows, which were to be similar to what I had purchased 10 years ago. Unfortunately they just are not the same quality and I am very disappointed. I called customer service to see if we could return, you know, satisfaction guaranteed; but alas, I was refused. A lot of money down the drain...and I am unable to use these pillows. So sad that they were unwilling to do anything at all to help us. We will take our business elsewhere.
