It pancakes when you lay on it. I don't like goose down pillows for that exact reason so I got this Tempur-pedic pillow. But I was disappointed and how it flattened out as my head laid on it.

My first experience with Tempur-Pedic. We bought 2 Queen TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling Memory Foam Pillows. They recover quickly, are comfortable to sleep on, and they offer an adequate level of support. The cooling properties disappear, and the pillows do get warm if you maintain a position for an extended period of time though. No odor. Customer service was great. Overall, we're satisfied with our purchase.

I've been looking for the perfect cool pillow since I turned 50 and somehow immediately became a hot sleeper. God knows how much I've spent on every new gel or high-tech pillow that promises to be the coolest thing yet, and always, to some or another degree, disappoints. Until now. Until this dual cooling pillow. Now my hot sleep doesn't wake me, and it's as simple as that. It's worth ten times what I payed.

I was hoping this would be the pillow that would help solve my neck issues but unfortunately no. It also becomes really flat compared to the same one my husband uses. It does stay cold though! I had to give it to my husband, so now he uses two tempur pillows!

great pillow, not very durable

love the pillow it goes everywhere with me when I travel. the only problem I have now is that the gel that is for the cooling has peeled away on one side and it is really lumpy and uncomfortable...to the point that I don't want to use it anymore. I have only had this for 3.5 years and for the price I paid I would expect it to last at least 5 years. this is not my first pillow from Tempurpedic, but I don't know if I want to shell out more money for my 4th pillow.
