I bought these for my 6 year old who always wants to flip his pillow to "the cold side". I would describe them as more cool then cold. They are nicer than a six year old needs or appreciates, he seems to be enjoying them.

I ordered two of these pillows and one is worth the money the other not so much. For some reason one of the pillows gets really cold but the other one doesn't manage to get that cold. For the pillow that gets extremely cold 5/5 no questions asked. I dont even really like firm pillows but I sleep extremely well with it. The other one is also a great pillow but for the price I need it to be up to par with the other one.

Does not cool, like at all. We have an older (7 years old) Tempur cooling pillow model that is great, but we wanted something new/fresh. This was a huge disappointment, and you can't return or exchange it, which sucks. I even tried to go through the warranty dept saying it's faulty and DOES NOT COOL, and they said that's just a "comfort preference". So a total bummer. If you want a cooling pillow, don't buy this one.

This pillow is amazing. Buy it. I am picky. I have bought several pillows in person and had to return them after sleeping on them. I bought this pillow based on the online description, so I was nervous. But it was exactly as described. The pillow case it comes with is a little "papery" if that makes sense, so I had to put a different, softer, one on it. That's my only complaint.

It's definitely a well made pillow, but unfortunately, it's just not for me. Slept on it for over a month and couldn't experience a good night's sleep. It does get warmer then expected, and I found myself having to flip it over during the night to feel the cooling effect. Even then it didn't last very long though. It's a shame that there aren't any trial period options.

The Cloud Breeze is the best quality pillow I have ever enjoyed. It weight/Length and layers of cooling gel and memory foam make for a comfortable & relaxing night sleep for a back, side or front sleeper. I am all of the above and this pillow is heaven! We just bought a Tempur Breeze Adjustable bed and this has been an incredible experience in comfort & quality!!
