[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling is nice at first, then it goes away. Cool feature though. The pillow is very comfortable laying the back of my head on it. If i turn over on my stomach, the pillow hurts my neck because there is no give.

It doesn't go flat or hard like some other memory foam pillows, this one matches your head/neck perfectly and if you ever switch positions it changes so nicely. Highly recommend this pillow if you're looking for quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling aspect of the pillow is great! TP discontinued our favorite pillow, not sure why as it was wonderful. This is our 3rd attempt at a replacement for our old tp pillows.

I love the cooling feel that the pillow provides but the support of the pillow needs to improved. I wish it was a little bit more firm. (Flat pillow with no support, will hurt your neck).
