Great support and comfort!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows are extremely dense and supportive. The cooling technology works well. For a back/side sleeper, they are a perfect fit paired with a firm TEMPUR bed. I am having hard time imagining going back to regular pillows or any other type. I would like to see a pillow like that that lets you rest your arm under an arch to ease shoulder pressure as the material is just that good.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is probably one of the worst pillows I own. It doesn't retain its shape and goes flat within an hour of me laying on it. My old tempur pillows were fantastic but they are 15 years old and have worn out. I will not be buying another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great pillow - needs a case that works with it
