Not firm at all

I bought these pillows for the firmness and support rating and for the Tempurpedic brand name. They are not firm at all, my head sinks all the way through them. Plus you can’t return them, so oh well. Buyer beware

Best Pillow I Ever Owned

I was always a traditional down pillow user and was never a fan of memory foam. We decided to update our pillows, decided to try the TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling and couldn't be more impressed. It's has a slight firmness yet you melt right into it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The pillows do not stay cool. We ordered the king size and they are very heavy. They raise my head too high and I have back pain every morning.

Manufacturing smell

I was soooo looking forward to this pillow yes it so comfortable to lay my head on but the manufacturing smell is so strong im not sure how I can wash or take that smell out!! I would've given 5 stars but I can barely use the pillow since the strong smell bothers me so much.

Best Pillow ever!

I’ve had my pillows since 2021, and they are still in pristine condition, and the cooling tops work just as good as they did when I first got them 5 years ago. I love these pillows so much I have even bought one for each of my sons.
I initially bought after waking up at least once a month with neck pain from ‘sleeping funny’. Also after a lot of research because I fall asleep on my stomach and wake up on my back or sides, so i wanted a pillow meant for all types of sleepers.
The cooling pads are game changers! Not so great in the coldest winter nights trying to fall asleep- but if you are a hot sleeper like me, that’s a small price to pay- because 99.9% of the rest of the time it eases the hotness, allowing me to fall asleep quickly, and go back to sleep when I do wake up.

Perfect pillows

We have tried every pillow possible and we went to my sisters one weekend and she had the dual cooling temerpedic pillows I have had several back surgeries and I have tried everything. These pillows are amazing. I have never slept afull eight hours in years until we got these pillows. My wife ordered them for us at home and we are sleeping like we’re on a cloud thank you and temperpedic we tell everybody about these pillows
