Changes shape fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had for a month or 2. Was great at first. Had great neck support. Now, goes flat as a pancakes within 30 minutes. My husband actually put his in spare bedroom and went back to his old pillow he's had for over 7 years. This pillow is very heavy so if you like to put your arm under pillow, this is a for sure no go!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No more neck pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was reluctant to order a pillow that I had never tried out, but I am so glad I did! Best pillow ever if you sleep warm and have ever woken up with a stiff neck from not getting the proper support.

Firm and Cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow is firm and feels cool when first lay down. Over time (had for 4 months now) it seems like it is not as firm but that could be bc I have just gotten use to it OR bc I just have a big heavy head and its worn it down :) Its cool when first lay down. That goes away during the night but it never feels warm so that is good. Overall I get a good sleep with it.

Best pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the same pillow for years my pillow was due to be replaced. I decided to go with the dual breeze because I like my pillow to be cold when I am sleeping. This product has led to better sleep for me and I definitely would recommend it.

Too high for back sleeping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For reference, I'm 5'4, average size female, back and side sleeper. This pillow works well for side sleeping but it's too high for back sleeping. I wake up with a kink in my neck. I also find that I can feel the cooling layer, almost like I'm laying on hard plastic. I also bought the Tempur Cloud Cooling pillow in Pro Lo. In terms of comfort, I prefer the Tempur Cloud Cooling pillow over this one. It's softer and has more of that conforming feel of memory foam.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
