Well my experience was really bad! The pillows are just not comfortable at all. They are hard an very firm. As far as gel pack to keep you cool..in my opinion its overrated! I tried them for about 4 days an just very disappointed in product. I spent A LOT of $$ an wish I didnt. I called customer service an lady was rude an said nothing they could do an couldn't return them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Phenomenal improvement to sleep quality

I bought a pair of the Tempur Cloud Breeze dual cooling pillows alongwith a TEMPUR-Adapt + Cooling Topper and this has significantly improved my sleeping. I had originally got these as I was sleeping quite hot and would wake up every morning groggy, with back and neck pain, hot and sweaty. I travel a lot and also have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world with reputable beds. However, I have not slept this comfortably in years, nursing a herniated disc and associated alignment issues. I am sleeping longer, waking up cool, fresh and without any neck pain. Only problem with these pillows is that you just don't want to let go of them and get out of bed!

Not medium firm.

This was described as medium firm, but it is very soft. Does not provide any support. I was disappointed in it and pillows are not returnable. I wasted a lot of money.

Very flexible - all sides equal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very flexible like a traditional pillow all sides are equal except it is memory foam and cooling gel - so conforms and returns to full quickly and is cool. Significant improvement over the one sided version I used to have, and all the advantages over regular pillows. Also lighter then previous versions from 9 years ago.

Best multi tasking pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a firm cloud. It gives ample support but it still feels like it molds to your head. It feels breathable and airy. I like it because it also allows me to comfortably sleep on my stomach, side or back. Def recommend.

Awesome pillows

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I have several Tempur-Pedic pillows, I honestly prefer this pillow due to the cooling gel pad. Please note that this pillow is pretty firm and thick so I would recommended this pillow for side sleepers.
