I am so in love with this pillow. I sleep so amazing every night now thanks to it. It keeps me cool and my head feels like it's supported by a cloud. It's true it has a specific smell to it likely from the factory it came from but it goes away after a couple of weeks.

The pillows are great been using them for a month. It is very comfortable when sleeping like it's not there. The only thing I'd say is when resting against the pillow while sitting up, the pillow gets too compressed. Other than that, it's been great!

The memory foam is terrible. It sinks to an uncomfortable level and theres no support for ur neck. The pillow is also heavy when u try to adjust it. The only thing thats good about this pillow is the cooling affect. I highly dont recommend this. No wonder theres always a bogo

After hearing rave reviews regarding these specific pillows I ordered two. Neither my husband nor I can get comfortable with them. They are just too firm for our liking...and extra heavy. We expected more give to the pillows to nestle and surround your head and neck...not so. In fact, we experienced neck discomfort after sleeping on them.
