I bought this pillow at the end of May. The first week or two, I could barely make it through the night sleeping on the pillow because it was VERY FIRM. I tend to like firmer pillows, so I didn't think this would be an issue. But I was hopeful it would soften out. Over the next few weeks, the pillow DID softened out a lot, but now its at the point where it's almost too soft. The weight of my head completely collapses the pillow. The biggest positive about this pillow is the cooling effect, but even that doesn't last much longer than 10-15 minutes. I am still using the pillow as it is a slight upgrade from my previous old worn out pillow, but I am tolerating it - not loving it, not hating it. It's been a very strange pillow to say the least!

My wife and I had been using foam contoured pillows from another popular manufacturer for about 8 years. While those pillows were very comfortable and kinda firm, they weren't very big and would get pretty hot sleeping on them for both us and we became frequent pillow flippers throughout the night waking each other up a lot. Finally, we decided to switch it up, find a bigger pillow that was comfortable, firm and could provide cooling to us in the night. After doing tons of research (I don't mess around with purchases that involve our sleep haha), we decided on the TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows. These pillows put our previou foam pillows to shame in so many ways. First off, the cooling gel pads located on both sides are amazing. These cooling pads were such a weird experience at first since we hadn't had a cooling pillow before but it was weird in such an amazing way. The cooling sensation was awesome and I don't think I can put it into words that do it justice. Secondly, these pillows are very firm compared to our previous pillows and are much wider probably by a good 8 to 10 inches so with 2 of these pillows side by side on a queen bed, there are no gaps between us which we love. Also, these pillows are not for the squeamish when it comes to weight. These pillows are heavy and if you had a pillow fight with them, someone would probably get knocked out but this is not a bad thing at all as the weight keeps them in place if you move around a lot in your sleep. My wife and I no longer sweat in the night thanks to these cooling pillows and we don't have to keep flipping them either but if you do, you get a huge burst of that cooling sensation again from the opposite side gel pad so having that on both sides is probably the best feature of all with these pillows. You won't be disappointed with these pillows at all unless you dislike very firm pillows which of course is purely a preference so don't hold that against this product now that you know this up front with my review. We love this pillow and are so happy we chose this one.

My son and I use them every night. These are cold initially when you lay on them initially. However, they don't stay cold unless you flip them and they are the heaviest pillow I've ever used. Not ideal for a younger kid as they will struggle to move the pillow.

Same product but the one I got a few years ago holds it's shape much better and is firmer. I feel like buying these two were a waste of money. Very disappointed.

These pillows are expensive but they are the best pillows I have ever owned. The pillow us made of thick memory foam but very comfortable for sleeping. It also has a cooling effect keeping you from sweating and you face cool throughout the night. I would recommend these pillows.
