This product was described as medium firm. My husband and I found it to be perfectly firm- not too hard but still supportive. It stays cool. Though it is heavy, much heavier than a standard pillow it is a fabulous product!

Compared to ALL of the store-bought pillows that I have purchased over the years, The TEMPUR-PEDIC DUAL BREEZE PILLOW that I recently purchased is DEFINITELY the most comfortable pillow that I have ever owned. Most pillows that I have experienced seemingly go flat after about a month of use. These pillows continue to retain shape and comfort. What impressed me is with most pillows with memory type construction usually need to air out before you can use them. These pillows have no odor and were usable from day 1. These pillows are weighty and extremely comfortable and the cooling helps keep you cooler even in the warmest nights.
