I had high hopes for this pillow. Ive owned a medium firm tempurpedic for over 5 years and it has changed my life. It's a queen sized so since now own a king sized bed, I decided to upgrade and get two of this one. The cooling effect really works. I loved that it is cool on both sides. It however goes flag after a few minutes. It does not conform to my head like my old pillow. Non returnable so they are now VERY expensive decorative pillows for my bed. I have gone back to my old faithful, It looks like the symphony one they have on the website, but it seems now they only offer it in standard size. Otherwise I'd try again and buy a set of Kings.

I was skeptical about the pillow because honestly wasn't a big fan of the bed and I have terrible neck pain, but after a month or so I can feel my neck slowly getting better. The pillow stays cool and cradles your head solidly without losing its shape.

I purchased my first Tempur pillow , Symphony , nine years ago and have been unable to sleep on anything else . Just purchased the Breeze and can not believe how it keeps me cool . I would love the mattress too but not sure if it will be as comfortable as our Cloud . Tempur has the best products .
