I was a bit hesitant to purchase this due to price but the reviews here convinced me otherwise and I'm glad I did! Had a few issues with delivery since UPS decided to deliver it to the wrong apartment that took me days before I found it. But Tempur Pedic customer service are top notch and was there to help me all the way.

It took time for me to get use to these pillows. They are cool and that's great. However, they're very heavy so if you sleep on your side with you arms underneath the pillow, it may be uncomfortable. I like them when the bed is tilting/sitting up because they're a little flat and that's when the pillows are the most useful.

I like this pillow, but I tend to sleep on the bottom edge and corner and the cooling mat is smallish and in the center of the pillow, so it doesn't work all that well to cool me down.

Best Pillow Ever

I have owned two of these pillows for about a year. Sadly, my dog loved them more and chewed them both up. I went well over my normal budget to get these pillows and enjoyed every nap, night of sleep, and chill they gave me. I would like to get two more at some point, but given the price--I'll have to wait. #puppylife

Cooling didnt last but Extremly Comfy

I chose the cooling pillow because I live in a hot area and memory foam tends to soak heat when sleeping. When I first got the pillow, I initially thought this was way too firm and it even hurt my ear the first night. After breaking it in over time it became super comfortable. It is still on the firmer side for a pillow and quite heavy, but the memory foam allows the weight of your head to sink to the neutral spine position for back and side sleeping, so it becomes the perfect height. The cooling part of the pillow worked really well in the beginning (it does tend to get warmer throughout the night, just flip the pillow for more cooling or move to another area of the pillow). But now 10 months later, the cooling part of the pillow doesn't have the same cooling capabilities when it was new. It's basically just a normal pillow now. Another thing to note about reviews is that everyone's sleeping setup is different. Some might have a soft bed which could make a pillow feel too tall because their body sinks further into the mattress, and others could have a firm bed which could make their pillows feel short. Take into consideration how a pillow will be matched with your bed and take the 1 star reviews with a grain of salt.

I cant even feel the cooling feature when I put a pillow case on my king pillows and the pillows are to thick and to firm. I stopped using my very expensive pillows after 1 week.

Bought two pillows and they both functioned similarly - do a good job of cooling but not very comfortable at all for a side sleeper. Seems like it isn't dense enough bc it flattens our way too easily and I'm essentially laying my head on the mattress with a squished/flat pillow between my head and the bed
