Good quality, works best with a tempur mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality, can feel the cooling. First used these pillows on a Serta mattress and hated it. For some reason the pillows depletes and doesn't offer the support you'd expect or read about. Since we purchased a tempur pedic mattress, the support has been night and day. I'd say the pillow is slightly more firm than soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought Tempur-pedic pillows years ago and they lasted forever. When it was time for new ones I didn't hesitate to go back to Tempur-pedic. Fast delivery, firm pillow but not rock hard, nice neck support!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are the best. We had Tempur-Pedic pillows years ago & they wore out. We could not find ones like we had until now. These are similar but are wonderful just like old ones. Husband was having trouble with his neck hurting for other pillows but since we have had these neck no longer bothers him.

The Bounce Back is Great

Last Columbia cooling pillows we had did not and they got dirty very quickly because of this. Perfect for sleepers of all kinds and the bounce back after using these for a month is still great!

Great Quality and Great for my neck pain
