The pillow is way too soft and the manner in which your head sinks into the pillow mitigates the cooling effect of the pillow, I definitely prefer the CloudCooling ProHi pillow to this one.

I have been using this pillow for 6 months of my worst sleep ever. The cooling is nice but after a couple minutes of having a head on it the thing is collapsed down to basically nothing. It's more comfortable to just not use a pillow. I'm not sure who could use this pillow!

This pillow provides the support I want but is still comfortable and cool, which is very important! I'm ordering them for all the bedrooms in our house!! I've never owned a cooling pillow and it is making a huge difference in my sleeping comfort!

I had ordered this same pillow over a year ago and absolutely love it. I finally found a pillow I could be comfortable with. I ordered this one for a vacation home we often visit and will order more in the future! . I'm getting much better REM and deep sleep, which is so worth it!!!

Not a good pillow

Im not sure why there's so many good reviews for this pillow. It's terrible! The first couple nights the cooling worked great, but now it's as if it doesn't work at all. This pillow is way too thick and when the foam compresses it just gets hard. You will wake up with a neck ache and night sweats guaranteed! I can't see how this pillow would be good for any sleeping position. I'm 6'2" and weigh 230lbs and it still doesn't sink down enough to be properly aligned. I hope this helps someone considering making such a large purchase on a pillow, but I'm sure this review will get pushed to the bottom just like all the other bad reviews. I have an order in for a $5000 tempurpedic bed and now I'm concerned I made the wrong choice.
