Much softer than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow ended up being a lot softer than I had expected it to be and took some time getting used to it. The cooling part of it is great especially since I live in a hotter area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During years of back and neck pain, I've tried all kinds of pillows from bamboo to buckwheat. I no longer wake up with a stiff neck since I've been using this pillow. I also don't need to turn, flip or adjust my pillow during the night.

This is my second set of TEMPUR-Pedic pillows. I purchased my first set about a decade ago; one is still going strong and I gave it to my daughter for collage, while the other took quite a beating traveling with me so much, that it had to go. But, it still lasted about 8 years w/ traveling! I will admit that I dont like the new set as much as the old set, because I feel like they were sturdier, but that may just be "rose-colored reflections". Don't get me wrong, I do still LOVE these pillows though. They are still comfortable, they breath/do not cause me to sweat, and bounce back to provide optimal comfort for the next night. I would/will continue to purchase Tempur-Pedic pillows for my primary pillow needs and would recommend to anyone that asked.

Cloud Nine on a Cloud Breezy Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze pillows for two weeks now, and they have changed our lives! In two weeks, this pillow has helped with my neck and shoulder pain. As a nurse, most of my stress and muscle knots are near my neck, shoulders, and upper back. I was determined to find other solutions now that getting a massage is not an option. Heat and cold packs weren't working anymore, and I didn't want to depend on pain medication. I truly believe it has helped my quality of sleep overall. My partner feels as if the pillow forms to his heavy head and says it's his go to pillow for comfort and a good night's rest. The only con is the price of this pillow, however we were able to hop on a BOGO deal. We are now believers and saving up for our first TEMPUR mattress! We have been sleeping on an old non-TEMPUR mattress for 8 years now and can't wait to upgrade.

Great at cooling, but that's all

This pillow is thick, you would expect it to be firm, but instead as soon as you lay your head on it it becomes flat as a pancake and you are left with no neck support. I give this pillow a 2 star rating instead of 1 because it is good at keeping really cool. Listen to the reviews on this one, it gets flat almost immediately. Wish I could return.
