Only buy if you like hard pillows

Pillow is too hard to sleep on, cooling doesn't last all night. After 5 days of restless sleep, I went back to my old pillow. Keep in mind that you can't return their pillow so if you don't like it, your screwed.

this pillow has been a disappointment. It doesn't support my head and I have to stack a thin pillow on top of it to provide the additional support necessary to not wake up with shoulder and neck tightness. It does provide cooling, but I would not buy it again and if I was less lazy I would have returned it.

We've now purchased four pairs of these miracle pillows, the most recent being for our daughter. She's now an avid fan., too. This pillow provides such great support. I no longer wake up with kinks in my neck. And as a hot sleeper, I really love how this pillow keeps its cool throughout the night. These pillows are admittedly pricey, but well worth it. They're a steal when purchased during a sale. Highly recommend!

Have always loved the cloud pillow. In fact had an extra when I found out they were changing the layout; but I'm sure glad I gave this a try at our condo. Actually feels cool, not a gimmick. It's not ice cold, but flipping it even on a tpx bed you get a cool side of the pillow when you want. Just the right thickness for side sleeping or resting my eyes on my back and Goldilocks firmness level :) Ordering a pair for home next year. Just wish we could order this exact model from our local independent retailers!
