Husband loves this pillow. We had daughter and her family visit and they kept trying to take our tempur pillows. They all asked for the pillow for their Christmas gifts. So everyone is getting a tempur pillow!!!

Starts out great but turns hard and uncomfortable both my husband and I are very disappointed My son bought a different set and I loved them but they were not available so I bought the next price up so unhappy with my purchase

Amazing cooling pillow

I bought these pillows after using one while visiting my sister. I couldn't go back home and sleep on the pillows I had after being spoiled by how it was soft, supporting, and how cooling it was. I normally have to flip my pillow numerous times a night, but with these pillows I don't. My husband loves them as well. He said to me "if I feel like it's not cool enough, I just have to move my head over a tad". I've never seen him sleep so good, plus his snoring is a lot less. My TMJ specialist previously recommended a more supportive pillow. This pillow is exactly what I needed.

Way Too Tall

So I have had these pillows for a while now and they are nice BUT the biggest factor is that the pillow height is way too tall! This makes my neck arch and angle in an uncomfortable way, giving me neck pain and cramps. These pillows would be perfect if they were just a bit shorter or had a bit more sinkability, but because they are so tall they are essentially useless to me. I remember reading online that I may need to break them in, but it's been about a month and a half and they are still as tall and poofy as when I first got them. I'm not even able to return them because of the return policy, so I feel like I'm out a hefty amount of money for something I won't be able to use. Do not buy these pillows - great concept but sized incorrectly and will actually give you neck pain.

I held off from ordering for 6 months. I should have known that meant something. I should have tried before I bought. Just not as expected. My neck gets sore. To firm and not cooling as advertised. No return policy. Bought 2 and can't return unopened 2 nd one.

I was reluctant to spend the money but after some research Tempurpedic pillows were right in line with other memory foam pillows. So I decided on the best and couldn't be more pleased. My neck pain was relieved and these pillows hold their shape but are still very comfortable. Highly recommend these.
