I have tried many different types of pillows...down, synthetic, etc. Having had spinal surgery it is important for me to have good support for my neck. The pillows I have used in the past left me waking up to stiffness and pain in my shoulders and neck. The support given by The Cloud has been amazing. The pain has subsided. I am a side sleeper so firmness and support is necessary. This pillow may cost a bit more, but it's worth it. What's better than a good night's sleep AND waking up pain free? As I said above...Problem Solved.

Love these pillows! Have 4 on our king bed. Previously I had the queen size until we upgraded our bed. Now those are in our spare bedroom. Every guest who stays rave about them. Haven't had neck stiffness since I switched to these, and I used to have stiff neck regularly. Bed pillows ever!

This pillow was more mid height for me, which I thought initially would be okay but I realized it created neck soreness. I probably should of done a bit more homework to be honest! Overall though I still use the pillow for other purposes/positions and love the quality and effective cooling technology!

With the exception of the odd shape I don't see or feel any difference using this pillow. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

These are perfect pillows. I wanted something that would work for me as a side sleeper, that provided cooling throughout the night, and these are the best pillows that I have had. I sleep through the night,, I don't wake up with any pain, I highly recommend these pillows.

We really do not like anything about the two we purchased. They are too firm and way too heavy. Our old pillows are more comfortable and easier to remove while making the beds and placing them back after the beds are made. We do not notice any special cooling effect as the house is full time air conditioned on the cold side. They are too firm to bend and shape to be independently comfortable for the user. These pillows are definitely not good for senior citizens.

If you own a tempur pedic rhapsody breeze or anything like it, that cool feeling the bed makes is just like this pillow. It's awesome. You can't sweat because your too cool.
