Much harder than expected, hurts my neck and the memory foam has very little give. It's also very heavy so if you make any moves in the night you'll need to stretch before lifting this thing. No returns on pillows, won't be buying pillows on line anymore...lesson learned

The quality is nice but it is so thick that it would break your neck while sleeping. Both me and my husband can not sleep on it. We now pile it against the headboard.... may have to get rid of it eventually. Overall, my experience with Tempur is that they don't work for my family!

These are listed as medium in firmness, but these aren't supportive at all. They literally sink flat. They also run hot, they don't cook. Refund please.
