I'm super disappointed since we've gotten the cooling pillows from Tempurpedic before. These are flat like pancakes in 2 minutes and there is BARELY a cooling effect. I'm so so not impressed with how much I spent too.

The only true thing about the pillow the cooling part the pillow does remain cool but overall comfort doesn't not match the hype thats been reviewed on the site considering this was one of their top pillows disappoints me

It's all a matter of personal preference, and this pillow is just not for me. It's a high profile, but it isn't particularly firm, so you end up sinking into it a bit. I just don't happen to prefer that, so I'm not a particular fan of this pillow.

this is a very heavy pillow for me. these pillows are very heavy and i find it very hard to move the pillow around as needed due to arthritis. wish i could return them.

I bought two pillows and within a matter of three days they now sit in a linen closet. The cooling system is like a heating system so I woke up really hot in the middle of the night and so did my husband. Besides the cooling system not working they are not very comfortable either. I at least know I will not purchase the expensive cooling mattress that I was going to.

I purchased my first Tempur-Pefic pillows about 10 years ago. I never had any problems with the pillows. I recently purchased a new Temper-Pedic mattress and used $300 gift voucher on two new pillows. I have never slept so badly in my life. The mattress is awesome the pillows make me uncomfortable, do not comform to my head. Oh, they make me sweat profusely every night! I finally threw them across the room one night. My dog seems to enjoy laying on them with no problem. I'm very dissatisfied. The quality of Tempur-Pedic has diminished dramatically for me. I don't recommend these pillows.
