I wish I had not bought

The pillow is to thick and hard. I have serious neck and back problems. I am 5'8, 145lbs small frame, my husband is 5'11, 200lbs large frame. The first night my husband had to sleep on it and he woke up saying it was awful. After one night of my sleeping on it... It hurts to move my right side and I want to cry! This is a very expensive pillow to be stuck with and miserable. WE also got the free pillow that came with mattress topper tempur-cloud pillow that we LOVE! I will leave a review on that one.

This is a weird product. The pillow doesn't stay cool it stays COLD. It's uncomfortably cold actually. And the material and firmness if this pillow causes neck discomfort as well. Both me and my husband felt this. We're unhappy and not going to use them. I don't recommend it. And unfortunately they have a no return policy on pillows. Don't understand how they let you return mattresses but not pillows...
