I purchased this to replace a tempur-pedic cooling pillow that lasted 5-6 years. I absolutely loved that pillow. This pillow, it's not an adequate replacement. I ordered this pillow almost a month ago and have been trying to acclimate since. The cooling is mediocre at BEST, and that's a major disappointment for this desert dweller. My neck aches from the lack of support. It doesn't matter if it's back or side sleeping, I've tried both. I'm so incredibly disappointed in this product. I'll be seeking a better replacement, but unfortunately I wasted my money on this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow is extremely comfortable. It's been my most comfy pillow so far. I love the cool feeling when I first lay down on it, but it does not stay cool. I will sometimes flip it through out the night. If there was one feature I could change to make it perfect it would be a better cooling feature.

So far I am liking my pair of cooling king pillows and I sleep hot so they help. The pillows are heavier than I might have expected although it's just something to get use to and they are very comfortable.

I've been using a regular sized version of this product for a while and I loved it, so when it came time to replace a different pillow for my kind bed, I grabbed the king sized Dual Cooling pillow. As expected, it is exactly like its smaller sized cousin, just longer. Unfortunately, that leads to one minor problem... Since the pillow is longer, there's more room for the material inside to squish around, so your head sinks into the pillow more. It's not a huge difference, but it's *just* enough to be noticeable. Everything else is great: the pillow feels cooler than other ones, it supports me well, and it has the heft that I have come to like. I just wish it were stuffed a tiny bit fuller.
