This is the worst pillow I've ever purchased. I have a tempurpedic mattress which I absolutely love so I thought I would love the pillow as well. I was so wrong. This pillow gives me neck shoulder and pain everyday when I wake up. I've had to stop using this as I can not bear the pain anymore. Completely sucks because it was expensive and they do not accept returns.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comfortable but heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is very comfortable for relaxing in bed. Especially, if you are looking for a pillow to prop you up in bed. This pillow is very heavy and hard to move and adjust if you are a sleeping pillow adjuster. The pillow is easily 25 lbs. So if you are sleeper that doesn't move often, this pillow is the best of the best pillow of you can adjust it right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love the cooling effect of these pillows. They are a little softer than I like. I like firmness for my neck, as a side sleeper. I'm going to buy the Cloud Pro next. It is the perfect firmness for the neck.

Your head gets used to it after a few minutes but its really nice to lay down too. The pillows are a bit bigger than I usually like. I love how heavy the pillow is as well, which helps prevent it sliding around.

They stay cool all night!(my hubby and I both sleep hot so if thye stay cool for us then they would for everyone!). After almost 3 months we are loving these pillows. We are saving up the pennies to get the mattress to match! Btw they have good BOGO sales on pillows pretty regularly so it is worth waiting on one to get these great pillows for half price!

Like the cooling - losing firmness fairly quickly though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm happy with the purchase. Love the cooling aspect of it as I get quite hot sometimes. Over time the pillow definitely loses its firmness more quickly than I'd like, but I can't complain that much.
