These pillows are Awesome!! They are heavy but the cooling technology in them are great. My Wife and I love them. They keep you head cool all night where I am never hot and they conform perfectly to our heads. Definitely worth the money.

We purchased these after getting our mattress. They are not cheap but worth every penny. We felt the difference the first night. We have not been waking up as warm, even with the cooling technology in the mattress. We sleep more soundly through the night and wake up more rested. We should have bought them years ago.

I bought two king pillows and love them. I also like the cooling effect too. Before buying these pillows, I would wake up with neck pain. Since sleeping on these pillows, I haven't had that issue and get a much better nights sleep. I would definitely recommend them.

These pillows are very dense ( shipping wgt for 2 was 42 lbs). They are very supportive and retain their shape . Everyone should try these in store and compare to their standard pillows ( I didn't) . May be to firm for some.

Just the right level of firmness with a cooling feature that actually works on both sides. I used to wake up with neck pain a couple days per week. I can't remember a day I've had neck pain recently. Note: Give your self a few days to get used to the pillow.

I purchased this as a bogo. Cooling was okay, dissipates and don't last long, wake up not cooling feeling. The loft was too High for me, 6.5" more so looking for 3-6" loft, which it gave me stiff neck upon waking up, not good feeling for me. I gave it away, the other person don't have neck pain, seems cooler to them, not a toaster like me. I don't recommend it personally for me, if you are looking for a high loft it may work for you depends on how you sleep. Myself majority on my side, less on back.

Pillow sits at the right height but flipping the pillow the gel is still room temperature. Was hoping the gel would be cooler.
