Keeps cool but poor support

I am actually really disappointed in this pillow, especially considering the high price. I have been a huge fan of the neck pillow for a few decades and was very excited to try this to try and help with my hot flashes during the night. While the cooling material works wonderfully, the pillow collapses under the weight of my head and provides little to no support. I have tried to use this several times over the past few months and every time I wake up with major neck pain. And I also noticed that I clenched my jaw because of sinking into the pillow. I was really disappointed to see that there are no returns, especially with the high price point. I'm definitely going to stick with the neck pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love this pillow and so does my spouse. I never liked down pillows and all the synthetic ones were either too hard or too soft. This is perfect. I herniated two disks at CT Junction and my neck and back were unbearable. This pillow gives great support all night and all the stiffness in the morning is a thing of the past!

I kept buying new, polyester-filled pillows for years. After a short adaptation they would work OK for few months, and then they would rapidly become less comfortable. Then I gave a try to TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows. No smell out of the box, and they immediately provided great comfort. They seem to stay cool for the time needed to fall asleep, but I would not emphasize too much their cooling prowess. Most critically, I never experience a stiff neck when I get up anymore. And the first pair I bought 3 years ago still performs as new. I ended up buying 3 pairs (2 King, and 1 Queen) for various bedrooms in the house. It's worth noting that they are heavy (= memory foam), so it's not a kind of pillow that you drag with you around the bed. But you won't do that anyway, because you'll be sleeping like a baby.

I usually buy budget items, but this pillow is worth every cent, especially since it was a BOGO deal! It doesn't bounce and stays cool as advertised. No more waking up sweaty in the night or stiff-necked days.

My fiancé bought me this pillow for Christmas last year and by February I was calling out of work because my neck hurt so bad. I could never get comfortable and it never kept me cool. Absolutely horrible. I just went back to using my old pillow and I feel bad because I know he spent a good amount of money on it but he bought himself one too and doesn't even use it anymore because he hates it just as much as I do. DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW

This pillow is okay, but the cooling is not as good as I would expect for the price. It is also VERY heavy. I do use it though and it is better than most of the pillows I have tried. I have another pillow that is cooler that is no longer available. I would give this pillow a better rating if it was lighter and cooler.

This product helps so much with sleep as it cools you down and you can always find a cool spot on the pillow! A must for a great nights sleep! Other pillows heat up. This one just hugs you and it's not super stiff also which is a plus!
