This pillow is nice. It is chilling, but not so much once a pillowcase is on it. Definitely has that comfortable Tempurpedic feel. You sink into it. I bought two queen-sized.

Comfortable and compresses and remains relatively cool. Took about a week to compress to the levels that were comfortable. Still causes neck problems when I sleep on my side sometimes though. Wish it was more contoured and firm at times. If you're a backsleeper and want a memory foam pillow this is great. Otherwise I'd suggest something else.

It's too soft to the point where it goes down to nothing and all you can feel is the cooling pad inside. It doesn't stay cool and the pad is not comfortable to me.

Works well with my neck pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is very comfortable but flattens very quickly. I was a little worried it would hurt my neck more than the last Tempurpedic pillow I had but so far it has not hurt my neck. Although the pillow feels cool at first touch, it does not appear to stay cool longer than a couple minutes.

Takes about a month to get it broken in and get use to At first the cooling feature of pillow wasn't cooling for first couple days almost sent it back but then it kicked in

After 2 months, I'm not sold. This pillow goes flat when you lay your head on it instead contouring. For the price, it just isn't worth it. I had high expectations, but feel pretty let down.
