Still getting used to it... Its a little firm for my liking

As I said in the headline, I'm still getting used to it. Its much firmer than any pillow that I ever had. Coolness is there, but I bought it specifically because I was having next soreness with everything else that I tried in the past. Need more time to evaluate I guess. If I have to choose now, I'm not recommending it at this time. (There should be an "unsure" selection for recommendation vs just yes or no.) It needs to address most if not all issues for the price paid, IMO. ... Joel

Flattens till your laying on your own arm in about 20 or less mins and the cooling feature lasts maybe 15 mins before it's warm on both sides. The initial experience is nice and cold and relaxing, but sadly it's short lived. Overall and okay pillow.

I bought this pillow as it says it is good for someone sleeping on their side or back. And it is very comfortable when i sleep on my side but I can not use it when I sleep on my back. It gives me neck and back pain. It is a very thick pillow and it does not compress very much at all so when sleeping on my back it puts my head at a very awkward angle. The pillow is very heavy so trying to move it to the side when I want to sleep on my back did not work as it is just so heavy. So overall it has not worked out for me.

I love the cooling of the pillow, weight, and the size. The only complaint I have is that it's too soft and it doesn't give my neck the support it needs. It's been bothering my neck and shoulders.

This pillow is very comfortable and cooling. No morning stiff neck or shoulders. However, had I known how heavy it would be (9.5 lbs.) I would not have purchased it. It takes both arms to lift and turn the pillow. I have a sore shoulder which makes repositioning the pillow difficult.
