Love the pillows. Wife has neck problems and I have all sorts of issues. Support is great and comfortable. The only bad thing I can say is they are heavy. But that's not really a problem

We currently own two Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows which are several years old. My wife was having shoulder problems, so we thought it was time to order new pillows. We ordered two new Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows thinking they would be just like the ones we now own. Our current pillows were super firm when we ordered them, the new pillows have a different composition and were not as firm as our original pillows. We were disappointed. I worked with Tempur Pedic Customer Service to resolve my problem and they far exceeded my expectations.

I ordered a pair of cooling pillows having enjoyed Tempur-Pedic pillows for several years, my wife prefers a thinner pillow so hers was not this style. When they arrived, I had difficulty telling that this pillow was the cooling model I had ordered.- it had no logo indicating that was different to the ones I already owned and it did not cool any more than my other Tempur-Pedic pillows did. I did wonder if I had been sent the wrong pillow... I am not one to complain and I did not report my concerns. However, this review is in response to two requests for me to respond, and it seemed wrong to allow the firm to believe that I was a happy customer - I am just an ex-customer!

Cool but Flattens

The pillow flattens out so much it is like putting your head directly on the mattress. It does cool but is not a comfortable pillow. For such an expensive pillow I was expecting much more.

I was very werry about spending so much on a pillow. But then I bought and I love it. I no longer have to go-to the store to buy a pillow every year which saves me money. I have never slept this well In my life. Plus it helps alot during the summer.
