Nice pillow, comfortable but a bit too firm for me. Cooling seems to work, heat seems to be transferred to the underside of the pillow, I know that sounds odd but that's my experience

These pillows are very heavy. We are in our seventies and find them a challenge to change pillow cases. They are better suited for those who have no problems with lifting heavy objects. Otherwise, they are comfortable.

I will say it's a Great pillow. I suppose I expected more of a cooling effect. It gets warm on the sleep side, then I need to turn it over middle of the night for the side my head wasn't on. This probably only matters in 85° weather +. I'm sure I'll love it more in the winter.

Extraordinary! This pillow is the perfect comfort - it's not too soft or firm and holds it's shape all night long. Another plus is that it doesn't heat up. It is heavy, but that's not a problem since there's no need to turn the pillow during the night. Just sleep solidly.
