These pillows (I got two) really feel cool and it's on both sides so if you need to plump your pillow in the middle of the night (don't judge me it's a habit) you don't have to pay attention or see in the dark to see which side you end up on.

I'm through and though a side sleeper, no matter what position I may start my night with I end up on my sides in the morning. I admit the pillow is a little too soft for a side sleeper. I'm a rather petite girl and I found that there wasn't enough height or density to support my head in a proper position. I'm giving this a full 5 stars since the produce does deliver on it's cooling and softness. My side-back sleeping friend loves this pillow and it works great for him and his weight! I've tried an older version of the temper-pedic neck pillow, I prefer the support that gives more than this pillow. The trade off being that it's a little less flexible for back sleeping.
