Granted, this is a new type of pillow for me, I am used to a more traditional pillow, but I decided to try this one to help with neck pain. I haven't noticed any significant change in neck pain, and it is very heavy and not moveable, and although this was supposed to be good for side and stomach sleepers as well as back sleepers, I think a more traditional pillow is my preference and what I will be going back to. If you like this type of foam pillow, this one is probably fine. But it is quite expensive and I wish i had read the fine print better about it not being returnable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have now bought this pillow three times over the past few years. Absolute perfection. I find the firmness equally matched by the softness which is very hard to come by in a pillow. Are usually like a soft experience up because I'm a side sleeper require some strength and stiffness from my pillow. This pillow has both. If you're on the fence just buy yourself one and I promise you'll be writing a review just like me very soon.

It is cool to the touch and stays cool for a little while. However, it does get warm and I have to flip the pillow over during the night. I would still buy it again as it does somewhat lessen my night sweats.
