The quality of this pillow makes it very comfortable. No need to fluff. No need to bunch it up. Whether sleeping on my back or my side I’m comfortable.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned

This is the most comfortable bet I’ve ever owned. I fall asleep much more quickly than I used to no more back pain any position even sleeping on my back which is something I never did. I love this bed.

Deflates into a pancake

This pillow deflates in a matter of minutes. I was hoping this would be a firm and sturdy pillow, but my head literally melts into the pillow offering no neck support whatsoever. We had to use other pillows underneath the temper-pedic so we'd get a least a little bit of neck support, otherwise might as well sleep with no pillow. Only pro is that it is cooling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
