This pillow is comfortable for a side sleeper. It's not that cool feeling, or for very long, but it's not hot either. Very firm. Not good for back or belly sleeping.

Absolutely the best pillow ever after trying 2 others and spending $$$ since no returns this was my last attempt and I was so happy to wake up with no more neck pain the cooling feature is a bonus as well especially in the warmer months ahead

I had an old tempur-pedic pillow and was very wary on giving it up. I got a king size bed though so the standard pillow looked way too tiny. I went with these new pillows and couldn't be happier. Nice and cool and no neck pain when I wake up.

WHY did I not read all the reviews? They are sorted by highest rated, which is the least helpful. I don't care what anyone says, this pillow did nothing as far as cooling. I don't know why I keep believing that stupid gimmick. It also goes flat soon after laying on it, so it's terrible for me as a side sleeper. I ended up switching back to my old pillow. And the COST. Dear god what was I thinking? Even with the BOGO deal I had, it's just obnoxiously expensive. I'm 6' 170 lbs with average shoulders/build. I prefer medium softness and a fair amount of support. My wife, for what it's worth, loves the pillow. She is about 5'4" 110 lbs and a combo side and back sleeper. She didn't notice cooling features either. With all this said, the fact that there is no way to return means this pillow gets one star. Wish I could give it zero. No returns? Seriously?
