Way to heavy and thick

Is not what I was expecting, this pillows are waaay to heavy and there is no way to use it to rest your head for a good sleep because if not you will wake up with a neckpain. I am using it to keep cool at night and to hug.

Overall I like this pillow. It's available in the king size, which I wish more tempurpedic products were. I'm a side and back sleeper and feel supported comfortably. It is a bit on the hard side but I'm hoping it just needs breaking in. The disappointing part is the cooling. It does not cool. I would say it actually runs hotter than other pillows I've tried that didn't have cooling technology. So if that's your main goal, keep looking.

I'm an extremely hot sleeper and was thrilled when I got my first one originally. It worked great for a few months, so great that I invested in another two. However, not too long after purchasing the two extra, I noticed that the cooling effects started to not be as efficient. Sadly, less than a year has passed and these pillows no longer keep their cool and feel more like a higher quality memory foam pillow. If the cooling pad lasted longer then these would be my ideal pillow for LITERALLY any occasion. Sadly, this is not the case. 3/5 Stars from me. *** P.S I can't recommend this pillow if you are buying it solely on the cooling aspects, if you were to ask me if I'd recommend it for its comfort that's a different story. I love the way the pillow feels.

Very comfortable and the dual cooling really is a nice feature. Be warned that these pillows are heavy, but that helps to keep in the pillow in place while you are sleeping.
