My spouse and I have only ever used Tempurpedic products (mattress, pillows, etc.). This pillow brings this company to a whole new level! While, as some of the reviewers say, it is somewhat heavy but that is only because of the density of the foam (which is a good thing). The pillow is very cool, as described, and definitely does its job well. If only I could afford the cooling mattress I would be in business. While it is somewhat expensive, it is worth every penny. Stop thinking and buy it!

I Love my TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling Pillows! My only recommendation is that you should never have a pillow fight with the King Sized version as they weigh in at 10lbs each and someone could get hurt. However based on comfort alone they get 5 stars from me, so happy I got these.

I purchased this pillow to help with my neck pain. This pillow contures to my neck. I go to sleep in one position and wake up in the same position. The pillow cradles my head and neck all night. It gas helped tremendously with my neck pain. I dont wake up with a headache everything anymore!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a really heavy duty pillow. I wish it was a bit firmer. But the cooling is nice and I can't use any of my other pillows now in comparison. And I say it could be firmer, but even compared to my other firm tempurpedic pillow, it holds up! If I have to only bring one pillow I grab this one.
