Disappointing

These are listed as medium in firmness, but these aren't supportive at all. They literally sink flat. They also run hot, they don't cook. Refund please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice supportive pillow. Heavy weight. Cooling feafure is nice but I have to flip pillow middle of the night because it gets pretty warm. Doesn't stay cool on one side all evening. Still a great pillow especially if you can get a bogo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought them as gifts for my parents - this is a great gift for anyone! These pillows truly stay cool. They feel very dense and firm at first but don't let that fool you, they conform to your body. The only thing I will say is they are definitely better for side sleepers than back sleepers. This pillow is worth the investment!

Cool and soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a really heavy duty pillow. I wish it was a bit firmer. But the cooling is nice and I can't use any of my other pillows now in comparison. And I say it could be firmer, but even compared to my other firm tempurpedic pillow, it holds up! If I have to only bring one pillow I grab this one.
