I like them. They smell at the beginning but they air out really fast(under a week). They feel cool but not cold, softness is nice: not too hard not too soft. The turn down for me is that they are huge and heavy. I wish they came in a smaller size, specially the height.

This pillow definitely delivers on its promise to stay cool all night! However, if you're looking for something that's even remotely soft or pliable this is not the one for you. It's extremely dense and heavy.

Ever since I started using this pillow, I've been consistently sleeping through the night and waking up without any aches and pains in my neck. Furthermore, as advertised, I have yet to wake up with a hot head from this pillow - it really does do it's job cooling. I suppose it'll really be put to the test as we head into summer. Finally, for me, it is the perfect thickness/height - and I've struggled to find that for quite some time! The memory foam truly feels like memory foam to me - it is NOT like laying on a sponge, as is the case with other "memory" foam pillows I've tried. I would absolutely recommend purchasing! The only downside I can think of - and it's a very minimal one - is the faint chemical smell the first week or two. Didn't bother me one bit, but it was present nonetheless.
