It looks like a regular size pillow, but that where the simultaneity ends unlike old style pillow this one keeps it shape through out the night allowing you to have a good night sleep without waking up with a sore neck from tossing and turning all night long.

We recently purchased a pair of these Tempur Cloud Breeze pillows. They are very comfortable. Great for sleeping. The cooling effect isn't quite as great as I had hoped. When you first lay down or flip the pillow over it's great. After a few minutes the effect is minimal/gone. Which, I mean, what more can you really expect from a gel. The pillows themselves are very dense and heavy which probably cuts down on some of the breathability. The weight is really not an issue except when traveling (I like to bring my own pillows) certainly not a deal breaker, but a much bigger work out than your standard pillow. Overall I would highly recommend. The cooling factor is nice, but a bit gimmicky. Good for traveling in an overnight bag... but may send your carry-on luggage into overweight baggage.

I purchased this new pillow in the hopes that it would keep me cooler at night. It does have cooling properties and I only have to flip it a couple of times per night, as opposed to the constant flipping of my former pillow to try to keep cool. The pillow is very comfortable, with or without the cooling.
