They are so amazingly comfortable and contour to you head, neck, and shoulder, depending on how you sleep, and to top it off, they really do keep you cool while you sleep. I worked in a bedding store for 8 years and HIGHLY recommend these pillows and all Tempurpedic products.

This pillow is solid & of a decent height for most adults. It is cool when you start out, but thru the night it does absorb body heat. Again for most adults it will do it's job. But if you tend to radiate heat like I do, it may not give the desired cooling effect
