Good neck support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure if I would keep using it when I initially started sleeping on it, but now that I've broken it in I have good neck support. It did take a few weeks to break it in, though. For side sleepers like me who like to rest their top arm on the pillow sometimes, it's really comfy. I also love the fact that it stays cold since I get pretty warm at night. I have had it for a few months and it is still fairly firm, so that's something to keep in mind when buying if you like softer pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that it's never hot and it takes the shape of the head. One thing that might need attention is the height of the pillow especially for bigger pillows (i.e. king size); it seems that after it takes the shape of the head and you're in the same position for a while, turning is not that easy as the pillow on the sides of the head is now a bit high.

They feel very dense and firm at first but don't let that fool you, they conform to your body. The only thing I will say is they are definitely better for side sleepers than back sleepers. This pillow is worth the investment!
