I want to like this pillow. I love the cooling feature, and it's a nice quality overall. Unfortunately for me, it's just too full. In order for me to sleep comfortably on it, my shoulders also had to be on it to get it compressed enough for my head and neck. I slept with it for a few weeks, but I could never get comfortable, and continuously had neck issues upon waking. Sadly, I've gone back to my old pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
