I'm physically disabled & it's extremely difficult living with chronic pain so, I need the best comfort/support for my body. I received my two pillow purchases today Friday March 12, 2021 & I immediately fell in love when my face met this pillow! I'm so Happy that I sacrificed financially & took a chance on choosing these outstanding pillows! It exceeds my expectations & therefore worth the cost! Comfort & coolness has been difficult to achieve until today! This pillow conforms to your face position, it's perfectly cool, soft/extremely well made! I have an appointment @3pm & I want to take my pillows with me! Honestly, the pillows are absolutely far better than words can describe... it's an experience of sincere comfort! Don't waist money on anything less than Tempur-Breeze pillows; they're exceptional! I also ordered the the cooling mattress topper & I can't wait until it arrives... According to UPS tracking it will be delivered at approximately 9:00pm tonight. I'm ordering two more pillows shortly to own a set of four! "AWESOME PILLOWS" I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ALL! Especially if you live with chronic pain as I do... I finally found some happiness & relief! When you first lay down on this pillow it's like so comfortable nice cooling features. I fall asleep very easily. But!!! it looses its shape and flattens out. I wake up constantly. If you move it takes forever to reshape also. I have purchased many pillows in my time. This pillow is not one I would recommend to anyone. Especially for how much it cost. Very dissatisfied with this purchase and will not buy again. I have 2 pillows not that are unusable to sleep on.

I got two of these with a tempur mattress and this pillow is quite comfortable and provides enough support, with the tempur mattress, to help with tight neck muscles most nights. The dual breeze feels nice for about 20mins, and then your body heat wins out and it feels like most other memory foam pillows, a bit warm. If you are looking for pain relief or a corrective pillow I'd suggest the tempur neck pillow. If you don't have those issues and just want an incredibly comfy pillow. This one is the way to go!

This is as hard as a rock! They barley keep you "cool" THEY DO NOT offer refunds on pillows unless they were defective ( which hard as a rock and non-cooling) aren't considered defects they are considered "comfort" they aren't very helpful with much either...if I could give them a 0 I would. The pillow is horrible! Save your money this pillow is EXTREMELY expensive for what it is...

This pillow is a huge disappointment! This pillow is heavy as is mentioned in other reviews. It does provide cooling, however it goes flat the moment you lay on it. It is not worth the money.

I was super excited thinking I was getting a good quality pillow but it has only given me neck and shoulder pain due to it being so firm. The pillow goes flat and stays flat. I sleep horrible since using it.. and it feels like you're sleeping on a piece of concrete. For the cost of these pillows I am highly disappointed.
