Love this pillow. It's firm and supportive yet soft and comforting. The cooling gel isn't too cold either. Excellent purchase, and excellent customer service as well when the initial order got lost in transit. Would recommend to anyone!

If you like flat pillows then this is the pillow for you. It also doesn't seem like a cooling pillow because I wake up with sweat. The pillow is also very heavy. It isn't my favorite pillow especially for the price. Save your money.

I bought this pillow as it says it is good for someone sleeping on their side or back. And it is very comfortable when i sleep on my side but I can not use it when I sleep on my back. It gives me neck and back pain. It is a very thick pillow and it does not compress very much at all so when sleeping on my back it puts my head at a very awkward angle. The pillow is very heavy so trying to move it to the side when I want to sleep on my back did not work as it is just so heavy. So overall it has not worked out for me.

The Tempur-cloud breeze dual cooling pillow is my first experience with a memory foam pillow. The cooling pads are really nice and you do notice them right away, but your head will eventually warm them up. The pillow its self is very comfortable. It took a couple weeks to adjust to it but I do enjoy it now.

Best pillow I've ever used. Comfortable, medium-firm pillow with all-night cooling. I sleep more soundly with no more neck or shoulder pain. A little heavier than some pillows, but you get excellent ballast. I had no off-gassing at all. Perfect! I highly recommend this superb pillow.

Flattens till your laying on your own arm in about 20 or less mins and the cooling feature lasts maybe 15 mins before it's warm on both sides. The initial experience is nice and cold and relaxing, but sadly it's short lived. Overall and okay pillow.
