I have now bought this pillow three times over the past few years. Absolute perfection. I find the firmness equally matched by the softness which is very hard to come by in a pillow. Are usually like a soft experience up because I'm a side sleeper require some strength and stiffness from my pillow. This pillow has both. If you're on the fence just buy yourself one and I promise you'll be writing a review just like me very soon.

Absolutely love this pillow and it's the 2nd time we've purchased them. The firmness keeps my head/neck aligned, so it's not stiff in the morning. Also, really like that it stays cool. It may not be for everyone if you prefer a soft pillow, but for me and my husband, this is the best. And they last a really long time so it's worth the cost for the quality and longevity.

This pillow is massive and way to thick. My husband starting having neck problems from this pillow and he will no longer use it. I am suffering through it because they are extremely costly and they do not accept returns.

This pillow is too high that even sleeping on the side is uncomfortable, it's the worse pillow I have had, and it doesn't even stay cool. the pillow is too high that is causing back pain and very uncomfortable sleep.

I am back for more. I previously bought 2 for my master bedroom. Kids one day found out our little secret and our pillows started to disappear and we realized how much they liked them. Well now we are ordering them their own pillows, that's how good they are. Makes it even better when you have their mattresses. We have done a second round of research on pillows and makes no sense to find a replacement as there is no other as comfortable as these. I see some other negative reviews and question their real expectations or the validity of the review. You will not regret this purchase.

Don't buy if you ever sleep on your stomach

We purchased these pillows with some of the credit that came with a new ProAdapt. My wife and I move around in our sleep and figured this would be a good fit since it is described as "a refreshing sleep experience in any sleep position" We found after a few nights that we would wake up if we moved onto our stomachs as this was very uncomfortable. I called to see if we could get this replaced with a better fit but they only offered a return amount of the price after the credit. This was a waste of money as we had to go back to our old regular pillows to get a full nights sleep. This was a disappointment as I had higher expectations of TEMPUR PEDIC

The pillow goes flat

As excited as I was to buy this pillow I have been extremely disappointed with how it goes flat when I lay on it. I am very familiar with tempur-pedic as I have slept in a tempur-pedic bed for over 15 years. The pillow does reform once you are not laying on it. The last two nights of sleeping on this pillow I feel like I slide off of it and wake up several times a night. I have reached out to customer service about the chances of returning this pillow.
