Very positive. Provides comfortable support that has reduced a lot of my morning neck discomfort. Provides comfortable cooling that aids my falling to sleep and staying asleep. It took a few days to get used to it but I like it very much now. I do find the loft a little high sometimes and the weight of the pillow is much heavier than I expected. The pillow is difficult to move when you are in bed. So I decided to purchase your low loft cooling pillow. I now use both pillows and am very satisfied with both. The cooling feature is my favorite feature of both pillows

Although the pillow is fluffy and cool to the touch when I first lay my head down, it does not stay cool throughout the night and doesn't offer enough neck support.

It is cool to the touch and stays cool for a little while. However, it does get warm and I have to flip the pillow over during the night. I would still buy it again as it does somewhat lessen my night sweats.

Granted, this is a new type of pillow for me, I am used to a more traditional pillow, but I decided to try this one to help with neck pain. I haven't noticed any significant change in neck pain, and it is very heavy and not moveable, and although this was supposed to be good for side and stomach sleepers as well as back sleepers, I think a more traditional pillow is my preference and what I will be going back to. If you like this type of foam pillow, this one is probably fine. But it is quite expensive and I wish i had read the fine print better about it not being returnable.
