The cooling effect is really cold also. The weight of the pillow is really heavy, this isn't a negative thing about it but it surprised me. Also I don't wake up as often throughout the night because I am more comfortable.

Too soft and not cooling

Do not buy from this company as they have a no return policy even if the product is unopened. The product I purchased was supposed to be firm and it is very, very soft and has no cooling capabilities at all. They are terrible pillows and I will never purchase from this company again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not love this pillow. It's definitely cool to the touch and it weighs a lot too, but after it settles it's impossible to refluff! Definitely for a back sleeper not supportive enough for a side sleeper. Wish I could return.
