We were both blown away by how they changed our quality of sleep. The cooling is no joke! I can feel the refreshing cool all the way down my shoulders and back. We immediately noticed we did not toss and turn during the night and awoke incredibly refreshed. They mold comfortably to your head and neck but bounce back quickly when you move. I highly recommend these pillows to everyone.

The cooling part is really nice for keeping your head cool through the night. I would say that sleeping on my back with this pillow is a little uncomfortable because of how large of a pillow it is.
