I should have listened to the reviews. The pillows sink am the way down and flatten out i have a set of King and it looks like It could fold in half when you press onto them :-( !!!!!! Waste of $$ and still on plastic but can't return.

These pillows are very heavy. We are in our seventies and find them a challenge to change pillow cases. They are better suited for those who have no problems with lifting heavy objects. Otherwise, they are comfortable.

I will say it's a Great pillow. I suppose I expected more of a cooling effect. It gets warm on the sleep side, then I need to turn it over middle of the night for the side my head wasn't on. This probably only matters in 85° weather +. I'm sure I'll love it more in the winter.

I purchased this pillow sight unseen, based off the reviews. I may be in the minority but I don't love this pillow. In fact, I hate it. It is TOO HEAVY!!! OMG, to shift this pillow in the middle of night requires strength that you shouldn't need at 3am. Even making the bed in the morning is such a workout....My head doesn't melt into it. It feels very stiff, even using it night after night. After about 25 nights, I couldn't do it anymore and went back to my cheapy weepy pillows. I hate that the pillows are nonreturnable. I understand why but what a waste of $400+ for 2 king size pillows.
