Just the right level of firmness with a cooling feature that actually works on both sides. I used to wake up with neck pain a couple days per week. I can't remember a day I've had neck pain recently. Note: Give your self a few days to get used to the pillow.

I purchased this as a bogo. Cooling was okay, dissipates and don't last long, wake up not cooling feeling. The loft was too High for me, 6.5" more so looking for 3-6" loft, which it gave me stiff neck upon waking up, not good feeling for me. I gave it away, the other person don't have neck pain, seems cooler to them, not a toaster like me. I don't recommend it personally for me, if you are looking for a high loft it may work for you depends on how you sleep. Myself majority on my side, less on back.

Pillows hold their shape. They conform to you. They feel cool to the touch. They do lose that as you lay on them. These pillows weigh a lot more than you would expect. I would recommend them.

Pillow sits at the right height but flipping the pillow the gel is still room temperature. Was hoping the gel would be cooler.

I purchased this to replace a tempur-pedic cooling pillow that lasted 5-6 years. I absolutely loved that pillow. This pillow, it's not an adequate replacement. I ordered this pillow almost a month ago and have been trying to acclimate since. The cooling is mediocre at BEST, and that's a major disappointment for this desert dweller. My neck aches from the lack of support. It doesn't matter if it's back or side sleeping, I've tried both. I'm so incredibly disappointed in this product. I'll be seeking a better replacement, but unfortunately I wasted my money on this purchase.

This pillow is extremely comfortable. It's been my most comfy pillow so far. I love the cool feeling when I first lay down on it, but it does not stay cool. I will sometimes flip it through out the night. If there was one feature I could change to make it perfect it would be a better cooling feature.

Nice pillow, comfortable but a bit too firm for me. Cooling seems to work, heat seems to be transferred to the underside of the pillow, I know that sounds odd but that's my experience
