[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality, can feel the cooling. First used these pillows on a Serta mattress and hated it. For some reason the pillows depletes and doesn't offer the support you'd expect or read about. Since we purchased a tempur pedic mattress, the support has been night and day. I'd say the pillow is slightly more firm than soft.

Last Columbia cooling pillows we had did not and they got dirty very quickly because of this. Perfect for sleepers of all kinds and the bounce back after using these for a month is still great!

My husband has had 2 shoulder replacement and said it is the best pillow he has had ! Gives his shoulders a support he needed., I have neck problems due to TMJ and I find the pillow helps my neck!
